Barbecued Pork Chops With Brown Sugar

Ingredients
  Cider vinegar 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Ketchup 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Brown sugar 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Onion 1⁄2 , finely chopped
  Rosemary 1 Teaspoon
  Worcestershire sauce 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pork chops 4 , 3/4 inch thick, trimmed of fat
Directions

Mix all ingredients, except pork, together in bowl. Pour mixture into small saucepan and cook 5 minutes over medium heat. Remove from stove and let cool.
Brush pork with mixture and marinate 15 minutes.
Preheat barbecue at medium.
Oil grill and add pork chops. Cook, uncovered, 8 to 9 minutes on each side. Baste chops with marinade 4 to 5 times during cooking.
Serve with new potatoes cooked in foil.
