Roast Pork With Sage Onions

Ingredients
  Pork loin roast 3 Pound
  Salt To Taste
  Onions 8 Medium
  Dried sage 1 Teaspoon
  Roast drippings 3 Tablespoon
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Put pork on rack in shallow baking pan.
Rub with salt.
Roast in preheated slow oven (325°F.) for 2 hours (170°F. on meat thermometer).
Peel onions and cut into sixths.
Sprinkle onions with sage and fry in drippings in skillet until golden-brown and tender.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Carve pork.
