Roast Pork With Sage Onions
|Pork loin roast||3 Pound|
|Dried sage||1 Teaspoon|
|Roast drippings||3 Tablespoon|
Put pork on rack in shallow baking pan.
Rub with salt.
Roast in preheated slow oven (325Â°F.) for 2 hours (170Â°F. on meat thermometer).
Peel onions and cut into sixths.
Sprinkle onions with sage and fry in drippings in skillet until golden-brown and tender.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
