Broiled Pork Tenderloin

Ingredients
  Pork tenderloin steaks 4 , flattened (1 inch thick)
  Butter/Margarine 2 Tablespoon
  Bottled hot pepper sauce 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste (for seasoning)
  Pepper To Taste (for seasoning)
Directions

Place flattened tenderloin steaks on greased grill.
Broil over hot coals until browned on both sides and done, for about 12 to 15 minutes.
Combine butter and bottled hot pepper sauce; brush on meat.
Season with salt and pepper just before removing to a warmed serving platter.
