Jellied Pork Apple Ring
|Unflavored gelatin||2 Tablespoon (2 envelopes)|
|Cold water||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Apple cider||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
|Golden seedless raisins||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Minced apple||1 Cup (16 tbs) (red skinned)|
|Minced smoked pork||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Horseradish cream dressing||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (adjust quantity as needed)|
Soften gelatin in water in mixing bowl.
In saucepan, combine cider and cloves.
Bring to boil and pour over gelatin.
Stir to dissolve, then chill until slightly thickened.
Remove cloves and fold in next 4 ingredients.
Turn into 6-cup ring mold and chill until firm.
Unmold and serve with the dressing.
