MAKING
1. In a mixing bowl, add mustard, honey, cider vinegar, cayanne pepper, salt, brown sugar, molasses and give it a good mix.
2. In a pan place the pork and pour the mixture into it.
3. Mix it around so that its coated in the mixture completely.
4. Place it on the grill and let it cook.
5. Meanwhile in a saute pan, put some butter and let it melt and as it is melting put inside the sweet potatoes.
6. In another saute pan, pour some oil, bacon , sugar, salt and pepper, garlic and cider vinegar and give it a good toss and let it cook for a bit.
7. Now add some brown sugar to the sweet potatoes and let it cook.
8. Now place the lettuce on a plate and pour the hot bacon dressing over it.
SERVING
9. Lastly plate the pork tenderloin and place the warm salad over it.
