Mustard Grilled Pork Chops
|Pork chops||4 (3/4 inch thick, boneless, trimmed of fat)|
|Dijon mustard||1 1⁄2 Tablespoon|
? Heat oil in large frying pan over medium heat. Add chops and cook 4 to 5 minutes. Turn chops over, season well and continue cooking 4 to 5 minutes; adjust time depending on thickness.
? Preheat broiler.
? Spread mustard over one side of chops and top with breadcrumbs. Place in oven and broil 3 to 4 minutes.
