Marinated Pork Tenderloin

Ingredients
  Pork tenderloin 1 1⁄2 Pound
  Vegetable oil 2 Tablespoon
  Dry white wine 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Worcestershire sauce 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Soy sauce 2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Chopped onion 1 Tablespoon
  Brown sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Ground ginger 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

Heat oil and vinegar together.
Add remaining ingredients and pour over tenderloin.
Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Turn meat once or twice.
To cook, transfer meat and marinade to a small shallow pan and bake at 300F for 1 1/4 hours.
Baste and turn occasionally; if liquid evaporates add a tablespoon or two of hot water.
