Orange Stuffed Pork Chops
1/2 cup orange marmalade
1 tablespoon butter or margarine
2 tablespoons orange juice
2 green onions, sliced
1 cup dry seasoned bread stuffing cubes
1 teaspoon dried parsley flakes
1 teaspoon grated orange rind
1/2 medium orange, chopped
1. Slit into side of each chop to form an opening or pocket. Divide Orange Stuffing among chops; stuff opening. Place chops in 10-inch glass ceramic skillet or shallow glass baking dish. Brush with orange marmalade. Cover with wax paper.
2. Microwave for 25 to 30 minutes on med.high (Roast), or until fork tender. Let stand, covered, 5 minutes before serving.
Orange Stuffing: Place butter in medium glass mixing bowl.
Microwave for about 1 minute on med.high (Roast), or until melted.
Add remaining ingredients; toss to combine.
