Orange Pork Medallions

Ingredients
  Pork tenderloin 1 Pound, sliced
  Sesame oil 1 Tablespoon
  Green onions and tops 4 , thinly sliced
  Oranges 2 , juiced
  Fresh lemon juice 2 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Orange marmalade 2 Tablespoon
  Ground cinnamon 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Dried rosemary 1⁄2 Teaspoon, crushed
  Freshly ground black pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Prepared horseradish 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Minced fresh parsley 2 Tablespoon
  Cornstarch 1 Tablespoon
  Canned mandarin orange slices in light syrup 11 Ounce, drained (for garnish)
  Fresh parsley sprigs 4 Large (for garnish)
Directions

Flatten pork slices with pounder or rolling pin to 1/2-inch thickness.
Set aside.
Heat oil in a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.
Add pork and brown quickly, 2 minutes per side.
Add onions and saute until tender.
In a bowl, blend remaining ingredients, except orange slices and parsley sprigs, and add to skillet.
Cook, stirring constantly, until sauce thickens.
Remove to warmed platter.
