Pork Loin In Milk
|Freshly ground pepper||To Taste|
|Boneless pork loin||3 Pound|
|Milk||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
Preheat oven to 375° F.
Rub pork loin with salt and freshly ground pepper.
In a roasting pan or casserole, melt butter, add pork loin and brown over high heat on all sides.
Remove from heat.
Pour milk over and bake, covered, for 2 hours, or until roast is very tender and sauce is reduced and slightly thickened.
