Grilled Pork Chops Rose
|Lean center loin pork chops||24 Ounce (4 Pieces, Each 6 Ounce Size And 1/2 Inch Thick)|
|Rose wine||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Reduced sodium soy sauce||2 Tablespoon|
|Brown sugar||1 Tablespoon|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), minced|
|Dried oregano||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Vegetable cooking oil spray||1|
Trim fat from chops.
Place chops in an 11x7-x 1 1/2-inch baking dish.
Combine wine and next 4 ingredients, stirring well; pour over chops.
Cover and marinate in refrigerator 8 hours, turning occasionally.
Remove chops from marinade, and set aside.
Place marinade in a small saucepan.
Bring to a boil, and cook 5 minutes.
Coat grill rack with cooking spray; place on grill over medium-hot coals.
Place chops on rack, and cook 15 to 20 minutes or until tender, turning and basting frequently with marinade.
