Classic Curried Pork Tenderloin

Ingredients
  Pork tenderloin 1 Pound
  Brown sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Curry powder 2 Teaspoon
  Dry mustard 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Hungarian sweet paprika 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Vegetable cooking spray 1
  Mango chutney 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Preheat oven to 425°.
Trim fat from pork.
Combine brown sugar and next 5 ingredients in a small bowl; stir well.
Rub spice mixture evenly over pork.
Place pork on a broiler pan coated with cooking spray; insert a meat thermometer into thickest portion of tenderloin.
Bake at 425° for 25 minutes or until thermometer registers 160° (slightly pink).
Let pork stand 5 minutes before slicing.
