Pork Chop

I am not a pork chop person.I have had a variety of pork chops but didn't like any.The only pork chop that I like is this one that my aunt makes.
Ingredients
  Pork chops 6 (browned)
  Potatoes 8 Medium, sliced (peeled)
  Onion 1 Large, chopped
  Cheddar cheese slice 6
  Cream of mushroom soup 1 Can (10 oz)
  Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Grease a baking dish,arrange potatoes,onions & cheese alternately.Mix the soup,milk &seasoning together & pour over potatoes mix. ix soup, milk and seasonings. Pour over potatoes.Don't mix the liquid into the potatoes,let it settle on it's own.Place pork chops over it,cover it & bake it at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
Serve hot.

My aunt is a brilliant cook & she made me this delicious pork chop that I couldn't resist.It was for the first time that didn't turn down to have a second helping of pork chop.I quickly took down the recipe for it & now I make pork chop myself & enjoy eating it. I defiantly think that you all must try this lovely pork chop recipe.
