Bbq Pork Chops And Stuffing Dinner
|Onion||1 Small, sliced|
|Green bell pepper||1 Small, sliced|
|Oil||2 Tablespoon, divided|
|Pork chops||4 (Bone In / Boneless, 1/2 Inch Thick)|
|Stove top stuffing mix||6 Ounce (1 Package, For Pork)|
|Barbecue sauce||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs) (Kraft Thick 'N Spicy Or Bull'S Eye Original)|
1. Cook onion and pepper in 1 tablespoon oil in a medium skillet on medium-high heat until tender-crisp; remove from skillet.
2. Add remaining oil and chops to the skillet. Cook for 8-10 minutes, or until cooked through. Meanwhile, prepare stuffing according to package directions. Put 3/4 spoon onion mixture over chops.Top with barbecue sauce; cover. Reduce heat to low and cook until sauce is thoroughly heated.
