Sweet And Sour Pork With Peppers
|Pork||1 1⁄2 Pound, cubed|
|Soy sauce||3 Tablespoon|
|Firmly packed brown sugar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Vinegar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Water||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Pineapple tidbits||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), undrained|
|Onion||1 Small, sliced|
|Green pepper||2 Medium|
In 2-quart casserole, toss pork with cornstarch; mix in remaining ingredients except green pepper.
Cook, covered, 12 minutes or until pork is done, stirring once.
Stir in green pepper and Cook, covered.
