Vermouth Braised Pork Chops
|Pork loin chops||4 (Each 3/4 Inch Thick)|
|All-purpose flour||4 Tablespoon|
|Butter/Margarine||2 Tablespoon, melted|
|Dry vermouth||5 Tablespoon, divided (1/4 Cup Plus 1 Tablespoon)|
|All purpose flour||1 Teaspoon|
|Commercial sour cream||2 Tablespoon (At Room Temperature)|
Trim fat from chops; salt lightly and coat well with flour.
Sprinkle with paprika.
Brown chops in butter over medium heat in large skillet.
Reduce heat to simmer; add 1/4 cup vermouth to chops.
