Vermouth Braised Pork Chops

Ingredients
  Pork loin chops 4 (Each 3/4 Inch Thick)
  Salt To Taste
  All-purpose flour 4 Tablespoon
  Paprika To Taste
  Butter/Margarine 2 Tablespoon, melted
  Dry vermouth 5 Tablespoon, divided (1/4 Cup Plus 1 Tablespoon)
  All purpose flour 1 Teaspoon
  Commercial sour cream 2 Tablespoon (At Room Temperature)
Directions

Trim fat from chops; salt lightly and coat well with flour.
Sprinkle with paprika.
Brown chops in butter over medium heat in large skillet.
Reduce heat to simmer; add 1/4 cup vermouth to chops.
Cover and continue cooking 30 minutes or until tender, bastin
