BBQ Pork Ribs With Pirate Rub

Make pork ribs with special pirate rub to taste them like never before. The sweet rum BBQ sauce adds flavor and the spices get the right taste.
  Peppercorns 1 Tablespoon
  Cinnamon 1 Teaspoon
  Coriander seeds 1 Teaspoon
  Thyme 1 Teaspoon
  Cayenne 1 Teaspoon
  Dry garlic 1 Teaspoon
  Dry onion 1 Teaspoon
  All spice 1 Teaspoon
  Dry cilantro 1 Teaspoon
  Olive oil 1 Tablespoon
  Liquid smoke 1 Tablespoon
  Sweet rum sauce 2 Tablespoon
  Coarse salt To Taste
  Pork ribs 2 Pound

Grind peppercorn, cayenne, thyme, dry garlic, dry onion, all spice, dry cilantro, coriander seeds and cinnamon to make pirate rub. Apply olive oil and liquid smoke on pork ribs on both sides. Then apply pirate rub on the ribs. Rub some coarse salt and wrap the ribs in foil. BBQ the ribs at 350 F for 2 1/2 hours. Remove the foil and bake it further. Apply some sweet rum BBQ on it and bake for another 5 minutes and serve.
