Pork Tenderloin With Maple Sauce

Preparing a meal for the family can be tiring especially when you have a large piece of meat. Chef Dave Lilja, the author of 'Mr. Mom's Favorite Family Meals' shows us a simple recipe to fix pork tenderloin. His pork tenderloin recipe has spices in it and he compliments it with a unique tasting maple/dijon sauce. He has the recipe for maple/Dijon sauce as well.
Ingredients
  Pork tenderloin 3 Pound
  Bay leaves 5 , crushed
  Cloves 1⁄2 Teaspoon, ground
  Cayenne pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Nutmeg 1 Teaspoon
  Thyme 1 Teaspoon
  Allspice 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Dried basil 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Olive oil 2 Tablespoon
For sauce
  Maple syrup 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Dijon mustard 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Preheat oven to 375* F.

MAKING
2. In a bowl, combine bay leaves, cloves, cayenne pepper, nutmeg, thyme, allspice, basil, pepper and salt.
3. On a baking dish, place pork and rub the spice mixture. Drizzle olive oil.
4. Pop it into the oven and roast uncovered for 45 minutes. Take it out from oven and cover with aluminium foil.
5. In a mixing bowl, combine maple syrup and mustard.

SERVING
6. Slice pork and serve with maple sauce.
