Pork Mandarin

  Boneless lean pork 1 1⁄2 Pound, cut in 1-inch cubes
  Salad oil 2 Tablespoon
  Chicken broth 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Canned mandarin orange sections 11 Ounce (1 Can)
  Corn syrup 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Soy sauce 2 Tablespoon
  Vinegar 2 Tablespoon
  Cornstarch 2 Tablespoon
  Grated fresh ginger/1 teaspoon ground ginger 1 Tablespoon
  Onion 1 Small, thinly sliced and separated into rings
  Hot cooked rice 3 Cup (48 tbs)

Brown meat on all sides in hot oil.
Add the broth; cover; simmer 1 hour or till tender.
Drain oranges, reserving syrup.
Combine reserved orange syrup, corn syrup, soy sauce, and vinegar.
Blend in cornstarch and ginger.
Add sauce to meat with onion rings; cook and stir till the mixture thickens.
Add oranges; heat through.
