Braised Pork Steak

Ingredients
  Pork steak 1 1⁄2 Pound, trimmed (Thick Steak)
  Canned sauerkraut 1 3⁄4 Ounce, drained, rinsed (1 Can)
  Onion 1 Large, chopped to 1 cup
  Apple 1 Large, pared, cored and sliced
  Caraway seeds 2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Ground cinnamon 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
Directions

1. Brown pork steak in a large nonstick skillet over moderate heat; drain off excess fat; remove meat from pan and reserve.
2. Combine sauerkraut, onion, apple, caraway seeds, salt, cinnamon and pepper in skillet; add meat.
3. Cover; cook over low heat 1 hour, or until pork is tender.
