Smoked Pork Chop Supper
|Dried apricot halves||10|
|Honey mustard sauce||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Adjust Quantity As Needed)|
|Smoked pork chop||1 (About 3/4 Inch Thick)|
|Edible pod peas||1⁄4 Pound, ends and strings removed|
|Bran muffin||1 (Purchased / Homemade)|
Put apricot halves in center of a non-metal dinner plate and spoon sauce on top.
Cover tightly with plastic wrap and microwave on HIGH (100%) until hot, about 1 minute.
Set pork chop on plate and spoon apricots and sauce over top.
Cover and microwave until pork chop is heated through, 1 1/2 to 2 more minutes.
Arrange peas on plate; cover and microwave until heated through, 30 to 40 seconds.
Remove plate from oven and dot peas with butter.
If desired, microwave muffin just to heat, 10 to 20 seconds, then set on plate.
