Sweet And Sour Pork With Cider
|Packed brown sugar||2 Tablespoon|
|Canned pineapple chunks juice packed||8 Ounce, drained (1 Can)|
|Teriyaki sauce||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Cider vinegar||3 Tablespoon|
|Catsup||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Boneless pork shoulder||1 Pound, cut into 3/4-inch cubes|
|Green peppers||2 Medium, cut into 3/4-inch chunks|
Mix brown sugar and cornstarch in 2-quart casserole.
Blend in pineapple juice, teriyaki sauce, vinegar and catsup.
Stir in pork and peppers.
Microwave at HIGH (100%) 5 minutes.
Stir in pineapple chunks.
Microwave at MEDIUM (50%) until pork is cooked and sauce is thickened, 12 to 15 minutes, stirring once.
