Italian Seasoned Pork Chops

  Pork loin chops 4 , cut 1/2 inch thick
  Canned vegetable juice cocktail 6 Ounce (1 Can, 3/4 Cup)
  Finely chopped onion 3 Tablespoon
  Canned diced green chili peppers 3 Tablespoon
  Worcestershire sauce 2 Teaspoon
  Dried italian seasoning 1⁄2 Teaspoon, crushed
  Garlic powder 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Bottled hot pepper sauce 3 Drop (Few Drops Required)
  Hot cooked rice 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)

Trim separable fat from pork chops.
For marinade, combine vegetable juice cocktail, onion, green chili peppers, Worcestershire sauce, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and bottled hot pepper sauce.
Place a plastic bag in a medium mixing bowl.
Put the chops in the plastic bag.
Pour marinade over chops.
Close bag.
Marinate in the refrigerator for 2 to 24 hours, turning occasionally to coat all sides of the chops.
Drain chops; reserve marinade.
Place chops on the unheated rack of a broiler pan.
Broil 3 to 4 inches from the heat for 4 minutes.
Turn chops; broil for 4 to 8 minutes more or till no pink remains.
Meanwhile, in a small saucepan bring reserved marinade to boiling.
