  Wine vinegar 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Red wine/Cooking wine 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Soy sauce 3 Tablespoon
  Worcestershire sauce 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Liquid butter buds 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Onion 1 Large, chopped
  Lite salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Ground black pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Garlic powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

Marinate 3-4 pounds of flank steak or a 3-4 pound pork tenderloin for 24 hours.
Bake or roast.
