Pork Chop N Stuffing Bake

Ingredients
  Pork chops 1 (8 1/2 Inch)
  Toasted bread cubes 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Chopped unpared apple 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Chopped celery 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Chopped onion 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Seedless raisins 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Sage 2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Beef broth 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Apple 1 Large, cut in 8 wedges
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Trim excess fat from chops.
Slowly brown in small amount hot fat.
Season.
In 3-quart casserole, or Dutch oven, combine next 8 ingredients.
Add beef broth; toss lightly to moisten.
Place browned chops in ring atop dressing.
Cover and bake in moderate oven (350°) 1 hour or till tender.
Last 15 minutes place apple wedges between pork chops.
