Pork Chops With Peppers

Ingredients
  Olive oil 2 Tablespoon (Progresso)
  Pork loin chops 6 , about 3/4 inch thick
  Salt 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Ground black pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Sweet fried peppers 12 Ounce (Two Jars, 6 Ounce Each)
  Dry vermouth/White wine 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Italian seasoning 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Preheat oven to 450° F.
Place olive oil in the bottom of a large shallow baking pan.
Sprinkle pork chops with salt and black pepper.
Arrange in a single layer in prepared pan.
Bake, uncovered, for 20 minutes, turning once.
Top chops with sweet fried peppers, wine and Italian seasoning.
Reduce oven temperature to 325° F.
Bake, uncovered, basting occasionally, until chops are cooked through, about 30 minutes.
