Barbecue Sauced Ribs

  Non stick cooking spray 2 Tablespoon
  Chopped onion 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
  Low sodium tomato sauce 8 Ounce (1 Can)
  Water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Honey 3 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Worcestershire sauce 2 Tablespoon
  Prepared mustard 1 Tablespoon
  Celery seed 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Meaty pork country style ribs 2 Pound

For sauce, spray a cold medium skillet with non-stick coating.
Cook and stir the onion and garlic over medium heat for 2 to 3 minutes or till the onion is tender.
Stir in the tomato sauce, water, honey, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, celery seed, and pepper.
Bring to boiling; reduce heat.
Simmer, uncovered for 15 to 20 minutes or till the sauce is the desired consistency, stirring occasionally.
Meanwhile, trim fat from ribs.
To grill, place ribs in a Dutch oven.
Add enough water to cover.
Bring to boiling; reduce heat.
Cover and simmer for 30 minutes.
In a covered grill arrange preheated coals around a drip pan.
Test for slow heat above the pan.
Pour 1 inch of water into pan.
Place ribs on rack over pan but not over coals.
Lower hood.
Grill, about 45 minutes or till the ribs are tender, brushing with sauce often.
