Tangy Pork Barbecue

Pork prepared in barbecue sauce, easy to make and so delicious that your whole family is going to demand this every week.
Ingredients
  Pork 1 1⁄2 Pound, cubed
  Brown gravy mix 5⁄8 Ounce
  Celery stalks 2 , sliced
  Onion 1 Small, sliced
  Pineapple tidbits 13 1⁄4 Ounce (1 1/2 cups, canned, undrained)
  Catsup 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Prepared mustard 1 Tablespoon
  Worcestershire sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Green pepper 1 , sliced
Directions

In 2-quart casserole, sprinkle gravy mix over pork cubes, tossing to coat.
Cook covered with wax paper, 5 minutes.
Stir in remaining ingredients except green pepper.
Cook covered, 15 minutes or until pork is done, stirring occasionally.
Add green pepper and cook 1 minute or until of desired doneness.
