Barbecue.Master's picture
Pork leg 1 , skinned, boned, trimmed of fat, rolled and tied
  Sam's mop sauce 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Hickory barbecue sauce 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)

Arrange medium-hot Briquets around drip pan.
Place prepared pork leg over drip pan; cover grill and cook pork 4 to 4 1/2 hours or until thermometer inserted into thickest portion registers 170° F. Baste pork with Sam's Mop Sauce every 30 minutes, patting a thin coating of sauce on meat with cotton swab mop or pastry brush.
Let stand, covered with foil, 10 minutes before serving.
Meanwhile, in saucepan, combine half the remaining mop sauce with an equal amount of barbecue sauce.
Heat through and serve with slices of pork.
