Pork Patties

Ingredients
  Pork 1 Pound, ground
  Dry bread crumbs 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Garlic salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Fennel seed 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Sage 1⁄4 Teaspoon, ground
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
Directions

Beat egg slightly in large bowl.
Stir in remaining ingredients until well blended.
Shape mixture into 4 patties, each about 1/2 inch thick.
Cook patties in 10-inch skillet over medium heat about 10 minutes, turning once, until done.
