Barbecued Pork Chops With Liquid Smoke

Ingredients
  Vinegar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Mustard 1 Tablespoon
  Sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Lemon 1 , sliced
  Onion 1 Medium, sliced
  Catsup 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Worcestershire sauce 2 Tablespoon
  Liquid smoke 2 Tablespoon
  Pork chops 8
Directions

Simmer vinegar, water, mustard, sugar, lemon and onion for 20 minutes.
Add catsup, Worcestershire sauce and liquid smoke, and bring to a rapid boil.
Pour over the chops and bake for 1 hour and 25 minutes at 350°, turning once
