|Chopped green pepper||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Chopped onion||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Chopped cooked pork||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Applesauce||8 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Dijon-style mustard||2 Tablespoon|
|Ground ginger||3⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Refrigerated biscuits||12 (2 Packages, Each Containing 6 Biscuits)|
In a medium saucepan cook green pepper and onion in butter or margarine till tender.
Remove from heat; stir in pork, applesauce, mustard, ginger, and salt.
On floured surface roll each biscuit to a 5-inch circle.
Place about 1/3 cup of the pork mixture on 6 of the dough rounds, spreading meat mixture to with in 1/2 inch of edge.
Top with remaining dough rounds.
Moisten and press edges together; seal with tines of fork.
Brush with milk and sprinkle with sesame seed, if desired.
Place on an ungreased baking sheet.
Bake in a 400Â° oven for 10 to 12 minutes or till golden brown
