Pork Chops With Cornmeal Breading
|Cornmeal||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Minced parsley||2 Tablespoon|
|Powdered garlic||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Chili powder||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Hot pepper flakes||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Dried onion flakes||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Extra virgin olive oil||4 Tablespoon (For Brushing Grill)|
Mix breading ingredients and place mixture on a flat plate.
Roll pork chops in cornmeal mixture.
Let chops stand for 10 minutes.
Preheat stovetop grill.
Brush grill surface lightly with olive oil.
Cook pork chops over medium-high heat for about 3 to 4 minutes, until all traces of pink are gone on the inside and the meat is crusty on the outside.
Turn once during grilling.
Remove chops to individual plates and serve with Mango Chutney .
Good with sliced cucumbers and tomatoes.
