Sauerkraut And Smoked Pork Chops

Ingredients
  Onion 1 Large, sliced
  Butter 3 Tablespoon
  Canned crushed pineapple 8 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Can)
  Canned applesauce 1 Pound (1 Can)
  Caraway seeds 1 Teaspoon
  Bouillon cubes 2
  Water 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Canned sauerkraut 27 Ounce (One 1 Pound 11 Ounce Can)
  Smoked center cut pork chops 4 (Hormel Brand)
Directions

Saute onion in butter until brown.
Add pineapple and applesauce.
Stir well.
Add sauerkraut, caraway seeds, bouillon cubes and water.
Cover and cook on high heat for 30 minutes.
Then reduce to medium heat for 1 hour.
Add the chops, turn to low and simmer 30 minutes longer.
