Sweet & Sour Lean Pork
|Lean pork||1 1⁄2 Pound, cubed|
|Soy sauce||3 Tablespoon|
|Packed brown sugar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Vinegar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Ground ginger||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Canned pineapple chunks||13 1⁄4 Ounce, undrained (1 Can)|
|Onion||1 Small, thinly sliced|
|Green pepper||1 Medium, cut into strips|
1.Toss together pork and cornstarch in 2-quart glass casserole. Stir in remaining ingredients, except green pepper. Cover with glass lid or plastic wrap.
2. Microwave on ROAST for 25 minutes. Stir in green pepper. Recover and continue cooking on ROAST for 5 to 10 minutes or until fork tender. Let stand, covered, 5 minutes before serving.
