Pork Tenderloin Sandwiches
|Pork tenderloins||2 , trimmed|
|Seasoned salt||1 Teaspoon|
|Cooking oil||2 Tablespoon|
|Thick sourdough slice/White bread slices||6|
|Mango chutney||3 Tablespoon|
|Canned sliced pears in natural juices||15 Ounce, drained (1 Can)|
|Process american cheese slices||6|
Cut pork crosswise into six slices; sprinkle with seasoned salt and pepper.
Flatten to 1/4-in.thickness; cook in oil in a large skillet over medium heat for about 4 minutes per side or until no longer pink.
Meanwhile, toast bread and spread each slice with about 2 teaspoons chutney.
Top with tenderloin, pears and cheese; place on an ungreased baking sheet.
Bake at 300° for 2-3 minutes or until cheese is melted.
