Pork Chops With Tomatoes & Garlic
|Pork chops||6 Large|
|Onion||1 Medium, sliced|
|Garlic||2 Clove (10 gm), minced|
|Tomatoes||29 Ounce, diced|
|Chicken broth||1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)|
In a large skillet or Dutch oven, brown the pork chops on both sides.
Drain off excess fat.
Add remaining ingredients to the pork chops.
Salt and pepper, to taste.
Cover and simmer over medium-low heat for 1 hour, or until very tender.
