Sauerkraut And Pork Chops
|Lean pork loin chops||4|
|Sauerkraut||2 Cup (32 tbs), drained|
|Apple||1 Small, peeled and sliced|
|Caraway seeds||1 Teaspoon|
1. Brown pork chops in skillet. Mix sauerkraut with meat juices in skillet.
2. Layer half of sauerkraut, half of apple slices, and half of caraway seeds in casserole.
3. Arrange pork chops over top of mixture.
4. Layer remaining sauerkraut, apple, and caraway seeds.
5. Cover and bake in 350° F oven for 1 1/2 hours or until pork is tender.
