Ribs And Kraut

Ingredients
  Pork spareribs 3 Pound, cut into 2 rib portions
  Canned sauerkraut 27 Ounce (1 Can)
  Chopped tart apple 1 Cup (16 tbs), unpared
  Shredded carrot 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Tomato juice 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Brown sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Caraway seed 2 Teaspoon
Directions

Season ribs.
Place in 4-quart casserole.
Combine undrained kraut, apple, carrot, tomato juice, brown sugar, and caraway seed.
Spoon over ribs.
Cook, covered, at MEDIUM HIGH (7) for 25 minutes.
Rearrange ribs.
Cook, covered, at MEDIUM HIGH (7) 25 minutes.
Rearrange ribs and spoon sauce over.
Cook, covered, at MEDIUM HIGH (7) for 25 minutes or till tender.
