Ribs And Kraut
|Pork spareribs||3 Pound, cut into 2 rib portions|
|Canned sauerkraut||27 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Chopped tart apple||1 Cup (16 tbs), unpared|
|Shredded carrot||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Tomato juice||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Brown sugar||2 Tablespoon|
|Caraway seed||2 Teaspoon|
Place in 4-quart casserole.
Combine undrained kraut, apple, carrot, tomato juice, brown sugar, and caraway seed.
Spoon over ribs.
Cook, covered, at MEDIUM HIGH (7) for 25 minutes.
Cook, covered, at MEDIUM HIGH (7) 25 minutes.
Rearrange ribs and spoon sauce over.
Cook, covered, at MEDIUM HIGH (7) for 25 minutes or till tender.
