Barbecued Pork Medallions

Ingredients
  Soy sauce 50 Milliliter (1/4 Cup)
  Sherry wine 125 Milliliter (1/2 Cup)
  Honey 30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoons)
  Brown sugar 15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), smashed and chopped
  Fresh chopped ginger 30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoons)
  Lemon juice 1⁄2
  Pork tenderloin 2 Pound, fat removed and meat sliced in 1 1/2 inches / 4 centimeters medallions (900 Gram)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Preheat barbecue at MEDIUM.
Mix marinade ingredients together, add pork and let stand 20 minutes.
Place pork medallions on hot grill.
Cook 4 to 5 minutes, basting often, and turning once.
Season well.
