Baked Pork Chops With Apple

Ingredients
  Pork chops 4 , trimmed of fat
  Onion 1 Medium, sliced
  Fat-free chicken broth 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Dry mustard 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Allspice 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1 Dash
  Apple 1 Medium, cut into 1/4 inch wedges
  Parsley 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Brown pork chops on both sides in nonstick skillet; drain fat from chops.
Place onion over chops.
Combine broth, mustard, salt, allspice and pepper.
Mix well; pour over chops.
Heat to boiling; reduce heat.
Cover and simmer until pork is tender.
Arrange apple wedges over chops.
Cover and cook about 4 minutes or until apple is tender.
Sprinkle with parsley.
