Pork Chops And Bell Peppers

Ingredients
  Oregano 5 Milliliter (1 Teaspoon)
  Rosemary 5 Milliliter (1 Teaspoon)
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), smashed and chopped
  Honey 2 Milliliter (1 Teaspoon)
  Olive oil 2 Milliliter (1/2 Teaspoon)
  Pork chops 4 Large, fat trimmed
  Vegetable oil 30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoons)
  Bell peppers 4 , halved and seeded
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Preheat barbecue at MEDIUM.
Mix seasonings, garlic, honey and olive oil together.
Spread over pork chops.
Place chops on hot grill and cook 15 to 18 minutes depending on size.
Season and turn occasionally.
Brush bell peppers with vegetable oil.
Barbecue 3 to 4 minutes.
