Grilled Pork Tenderloin
|Oil||30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoons)|
|Garlic||2 Clove (10 gm), smashed and chopped|
|Sauce||15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)|
|Lemon juice||15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)|
|Pork tenderloins||2 , fat trimmed|
Preheat barbecue at HIGH.
Mix oil with garlic, soya sauce and lemon juice; set aside.
Slice pork tenderloins open using long, thin knife.
Be careful not to cut all the way through €” they should remain in one piece.
Score meat on both sides, baste with lemon mixture and place on hot grill.
Partially cover and cook 8 to 10 minutes each side.
Turn 3 to 4 times, baste occasionally and season well.
