Center Cut Chop Special
|Bacon slices||3 , diced|
|Finely chopped onion||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Garlic||2 Clove (10 gm), finely chopped|
|Soy sauce||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||3 Tablespoon|
|Chili powder||1 Teaspoon|
|Curry powder||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Pork loin chops||1⁄2 Pound, trim off fat (Four 3/4 Inch Thick Pieces)|
1. Combine bacon, onion, garlic in 2-cup glass measure.
2. Microwave on HIGH for 4 to 5 minutes or until bacon is crisp. Combine with remaining ingredients except chops; set aside. Place chops in 2-quart (8 x 8) glass baking dish. Cover with plastic wrap.
3. Microwave on ROAST for 10 minutes. Drain and turn chops over. Pour seasoned sauce over chops. Recover and continue cooking on ROAST for 12 to 15 minutes or until fork tender. Let stand, covered, 5 minutes before serving.
