Pork with Gravy Part 1 – Introduction and Seasoning

Another invention (ahehehe...)... I don't know if this recipe already exist somewhere...
  Sliced pork 700 Gram
  Corn starch 1 Tablespoon
  Garlic powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Black pepper powder 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Extra virgin olive oil 2 Tablespoon
  Butter 100 Gram
  Wheat flour 4 Tablespoon
  Water 300 Milliliter
  Garlic 3 Clove (15 gm), chopped
  Chopped basil 1 Teaspoon
  Broth cube 1⁄2 (Vegetable Flavor)
  Black pepper powder 1 Pinch
  Soy sauce 3⁄4 Teaspoon

Place the pork in a large bowl and season with salt, black pepper powder and garlic powder, add corn starch and mix well. Heat a large non-stick frying pan with 2 tbsp. of olive oil and then roast the meat both sides until nicely golden brown. Aside, prepare the gravy by melting over a gentle heat 100gr of butter with chopped garlic and basil, once garlic is goldened, add flour gradually to avoid lumps in the sauce, add water soy sauce broth cube and a pinch of groung pepper then stir until sauce thickens. Once pork is done, pour the sauce all over the meat and mix gently.
