This is another version of mine cooking PORK GINILING using fresh TOMATOES and adding CHILI PASTE because my mouth is craving for spicy food.
500 Gram, cubed
300 Gram, cubed
Yellow bell pepper
150 Gram, cubed
1 Large, chopped
5 Clove (25 gm), chopped
5 Tablespoon (Add More If Needed)
Sweet paprika powder
Ground mixed pepper seeds
Extra virgin olive oil
Heat a large pot and add the extra virgin olive oil. Saute onions, chopped garlic and chopped basil. Add minced pork, season with ground mixed pepper seeds, sweet paprika powder, oyster sauce and simmer for 5min or until meat is half cooked. Add sliced cherry tomatoes, tomato paste, chili paste and simmer again until meat is done. Add cubed carrots, after 3min add cubed potatoes, cover with lid and simmer until vegetables are half cooked, add the yellow sweet bell pepper and keep simmering for 10min.
