  Pork belly pieces 8 Large
  Oil 2 Cup (32 tbs) (For Deep Frying)
  Seasoning To Taste (Adjust Quantity As Per Taste)

Skin the pork belly, put in the freezer for a while and cut into cubes. In a pot with the oil, deep fry these cubes in batches, until crisp. Drain well, remove on a kitchen tissue and season well.
