Korean Pork And Tofu Jeon
|Soft tofu||6 Ounce (1/2 Package)|
|Garlic||2 Clove (10 gm), crushed|
|Green onion||2 Tablespoon|
|Ground pork||1 Pound|
|Soy sauce||1 Tablespoon|
|Oil||8 Tablespoon (For Frying)|
|Flour||6 Tablespoon (For Coating)|
|Soy sauce||2 Tablespoon|
|Sesame oil||1 Tablespoon|
|Sesame seeds||1⁄2 Tablespoon|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), crushed|
|Red chilli pepper||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Green onion||1 Tablespoon|
In a large bowl, mix all the patty ingredients and keep aside.
Meanwhile, in a small serving bowl, add all the dipping sauce ingredients. Mix well and keep aside.
Shape the mixture into small patties. Coat well in the flour. In a pan, shallow fry the patties in heated oil. Fry on a low heat until evenly brown. Remove on a paper towel.
Serve with the dipping sauce.
