Pork Spare Ribs with Oyster Sauce

A delicious economic and simple recipe to serve to your guests!
  Pork spare ribs 1 1⁄2 Kilogram
  Orange juice 250 Milliliter (Use Fresh)
  Water 150 Milliliter
  Oyster sauce 5 Tablespoon
  Chopped garlic 5 Clove (25 gm)
  Sliced green onion 3
  Ground pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Extra virgin olive oil 2 Tablespoon
  Rosemary 1⁄2 Teaspoon

Heat the extravirgin olive oil in a non-stick frying pan or pot. Saute the chopped garlic, add the pork spare ribs, the orange juice, the water, the oyster sauce, the ground pepper, the rosemary and simmer until sauce has thicken and meat is tender. Add the sliced green onions and serve.
