Pork And Beer Casserole

Ingredients
  Cubed cooked pork 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Chopped onion 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chopped celery 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Beer 12 Ounce (1 Can)
  Dark rye bread crumbs 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Sugar 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Thyme 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Dill weed 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Trim fat from pork and try out in skillet.
Add onion and celery and saute until tender but not browned.
Combine with cubed pork and remaining ingredients.
Place in a buttered 1 1/2 quart casserole.
Cover and bake in a 375° F.oven about 40 minutes.
